Nitrogen Flushing System

Our facilities include three nitrogen flushing stations for selected metal tin products.

Nitrogen flushing is particularly relevant for powder products containing fats or other oxidation-sensitive ingredients, including products such as milk powders, soy powders and chocolate-based powders.

The process replaces oxygen within the product headspace with nitrogen, helping to reduce exposure to oxygen and support product freshness and stability throughout the intended shelf life.

For suitable products, this process can help:

  • Reduce oxidation and fat spoilage
  • Support product freshness
  • Protect sensitive ingredients
  • Improve packaging protection during storage and distribution

The facility also incorporates additional blowing and dust-removal processes for metal tin products before they proceed toward final distribution.

Laser Batch & Manufacturing Marking

  • Our packaging line incorporates laser marking technology for applying important product identification information such as batch numbers and manufacturing details.
  • Compared with conventional inkjet marking, laser marking provides a permanent marking method that is less susceptible to being wiped or removed during normal handling.
  • This supports clear product identification and traceability throughout distribution and supply chain operations.

3 nitrogen flushing stations for all our metal tin products, such as milk powders, soy powders, chocolate powders that contains fat that might turn rancid overtime, it prevents fat spoilage, stops bacterial growth and stays fresh throughout the entire shelf life.

All metal tin will go through this blowing and dusting process before reaching the consumers.

Laser marking is use for batch number and manufacturing details replacing the traditional inkjet which can be easily wipe off.
