Our Facilities

At Omega Healthcare Products, we operate dedicated manufacturing facilities designed to support the production of health supplements, nutritional products and consumer healthcare products for local and international markets.

Our facilities integrate controlled material handling, powder processing, blending, capsule filling, packaging, nitrogen flushing, product identification and laboratory support to provide a structured manufacturing environment for OEM and private label healthcare products.

From raw material handling to finished product packaging, our manufacturing capabilities are designed to support consistent production quality, efficient processing and scalable commercial requirements.

Our Facilities

Food Nutrition Manufacturing Facilities

Our food nutrition manufacturing facilities are designed to support the production of powder-based nutritional and food supplement products, with dedicated equipment for material preparation, powder handling, blending and filling.

UV Sanitizing & Air-Blowing Tunnel

  • Before entering the production area, incoming materials and containers pass through a UV-C sanitizing and high-speed air-blowing process.
  • The system combines ultraviolet-C light treatment with high-speed air streams to help remove loose debris and support the sanitization of materials before they enter the cleanroom production environment.

High-Capacity Powder Dumping & Sieving System

  • Our powder handling system incorporates a dedicated dumping and sieving station for efficient preparation of powdered raw materials.
  • The system is designed to deliver approximately 1,000 kg of powder per hour to the blending process, supporting efficient production of nutritional powders and other powdered healthcare formulations.
  • The sieving process also provides an additional step for removing unwanted particles or foreign material before the powder enters subsequent processing stages.

Stainless Steel Powder Storage Tanks

  • The facility is equipped with two stainless steel storage tanks, each with a capacity of approximately 1,000 kg.
  • These tanks provide controlled intermediate storage for processed materials and support continuous material flow between powder preparation and subsequent production processes.
  • The stainless steel construction also supports hygienic handling and ease of cleaning within the production environment.

Container Sanitization & Preparation

  • Before filling, metal containers undergo a dedicated UV disinfectant air-blowing and sanitization process designed to remove loose debris and prepare the containers for filling.
  • The containers are then transported through the production line for subsequent filling and packaging operations.

Twin-Head Powder Filling Machine

  • Our twin-head filling machine is designed for efficient filling of powder products into metal tins.
  • The automated filling configuration supports consistent production and is suitable for nutritional powders and other powdered healthcare products manufactured according to approved product specifications.
  • This capability provides flexibility for OEM and private label projects requiring powder products in metal tin packaging.

Advanced Food Nutrition Processing Systems

Our food nutrition facility supports efficient, controlled processing from sanitizing and storage to filling and production.

Transporting raw materials using UV blowing and sanitizing tunnel, it uses ultraviolet-C (UV-C) light combined with high-speed air streams to clear debris, disinfect and sanitize before entering the production line in the cleanroom.
